Pauline is a licensed independent mortgage advisor.  She is not a bank employee and works with many lenders from banks to mortgage companies, credit unions and private lenders.  With over 30 years’ experience in business, sales, and marketing in a variety of fields including international trade, operations, manufacturing, technology and finance she can relate to people regardless of their profession.  She has been self-employed for the past 20+ years, giving her the ability to appreciate the unique needs of business owners and help them set strategies to achieve their goals.

Pauline is a certified specialist for CHIP Mortgages and the Manulife One Mortgage which offer solutions for those ready to retire or already retired.  These programs help homeowners over 55 stay in their home while improving cash flow they may use for investing, medical care and quality of life.

Pauline is a business graduate of BCIT, the Self-employment Program at Douglas College and received her accredited license from the Sauder School of Business (UBC) for mortgage financing.

She immigrated with her family from Great Britain to Vancouver when she was a child.  She has lived in the Greater Vancouver area since and a long-time resident of Port Moody with her husband and children.
